Our refund & returns policy

1. What Can Come Back

Numismatic and collectible coins are returnable within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as all of the following hold:

• You call 561-413-3087 first and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A return that arrives without one will be refused.
• The coin comes back in its original holder or capsule, unopened and untampered, in the condition it left us.
• You send it fully insured, with tracking, at your own expense.

Once we receive and verify the return, we refund the original purchase price, minus the original shipping and a 10% restocking fee, to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. What Can Never Come Back

Every bullion coin, round, and bar is a final sale, with no return, refund, or exchange. Bullion pricing rides the precious metals market from minute to minute, so once your price is confirmed on the phone, the trade is done.

3. The Market Is Not a Return Policy

Gold, silver, platinum, and collectible coin prices move every trading day. A price change after your purchase, in either direction, is not grounds for a return, refund, exchange, or adjustment.

4. Backing Out of an Order

Your price locks the moment it is confirmed by phone. If you cancel after that, the cancellation may carry a market loss charge equal to any decline in the item's market value between purchase and cancellation, plus a 10% cancellation fee. If the market moved up instead, that gain stays with United Metals Exchange.

5. If We Got It Wrong

If your order shows up damaged or does not match the invoice, call within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a refund at our option. Keep all the original packaging in the meantime.

6. Never Eligible for Return

• Bullion of any kind (see Section 2)
• Coins taken out of their original holders or capsules
• Anything shipped back without an RMA number
• Anything postmarked more than 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery
• Special orders and pieces we sourced specifically for you

7. Starting a Return

Have your invoice number handy and call 561-413-3087. We confirm eligibility on the spot, issue the RMA, and walk you through where and how to send it.
